Fell Pony

Origins:	Northern, England. Origiinally used as a pack animal
Breed Characteristics:	Smaller and lighter build than the Dale, but still a tough, strong pony. Small, neat head and a long mane and forelock. Some feathering on legs.
Temperament:	Sensible disposition
Colours:	Black, Dark Brown, Bay, also grey is allowed
Size:	13 to 14 hh
Uses:	Excellent as both riding and driving pony. Ideal children's pony or nervous adults.
