- Any material that is, in the opinion of The Horse Scene, unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libellous, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any national law, will not be accepted by The Horse Scene.
- The Horse Scene reserves the right to remove material deemed inappropriate from your links/advertisements/pages, without prior notice.
- The Horse Scene reserves the right to refuse any advertising, articles or other submissions.
- Upon placing an order the advertiser will have entered into a contract with The Horse Scene for a period of one year and the fee is non refundable.

- Advertisers indemnify The Horse Scene, its representatives, employees and agents, against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to the advertiser's advertisements placed on the web site of The Horse Scene.
- The Horse Scene reserves the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice to the advertiser.
